Plumbing AutoCAD Draughtsman

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plumbing AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate plumbing shop drawings in compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed plumbing shop drawings including water supply, drainage, sewer, storm water, and pump room layouts using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate plumbing layouts with architectural, structural, HVAC, and electrical drawings.
• Develop plans, sections, isometrics, details, and schedules as required.
• Incorporate consultant, client, and authority comments into revised drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE local authority standards and project specifications.
• Support site teams with drawing clarifications, revisions, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation, revisions, and version control.
• Assist in material take-offs if required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing AutoCAD Draughtsman.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD. (Revit knowledge is an added advantage)
• Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Familiarity with shop drawing standards and coordination practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
