Plumbing BIM Modeler

Develop detailed 3D BIM models for plumbing systems including piping layouts, fixtures, equipment, and other plumbing components.

• Collaborate closely with plumbing engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders to integrate plumbing designs into overall building and site plans.
• Ensure BIM models accurately represent plumbing design intent and comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between plumbing systems and other building elements.
• Generate accurate drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models for construction and installation purposes.
• Support project teams by providing BIM expertise, participating in project coordination meetings, and assisting with design reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
