Plumbing BIM Modeler

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is urgently looking for a skilled Plumbing BIM Modeler with strong UAE experience to join our growing team. If you have solid experience in Revit MEP and enjoy working in a coordinated BIM environment, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed Plumbing BIM models using Revit (MEP)
• Model systems including domestic water supply, drainage, stormwater, irrigation, and firefighting piping
• Prepare LOD 300–400 models with accurate routing, slopes, and clearances
• Coordinate plumbing systems with other MEP services and architectural/structural elements
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues
• Extract shop drawings, isometrics, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs
• Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant feedback
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense) and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Maintain proper model structure, naming conventions, and documentation
• Support coordination meetings and technical submissions
• Prepare as-built BIM models reflecting actual site installations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing BIM Modeler
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)
• Working knowledge of Navisworks
• Good understanding of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, stormwater, basic firefighting systems)
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD, and clash detection workflows
• Ability to read plumbing drawings, schematics, and layouts
• Experience in commercial or high-rise projects preferred
• Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
