Tue–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Plumbing Coordinator to support our field teams, customers, and daily operations.

This role blends CSR, dispatching, job coordination, project oversight, and administrative organization to keep our plumbing department running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Plumbing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring plumbing jobs are scheduled efficiently, customers receive timely communication, and technicians have everything they need to deliver a 5‑star experience. This role requires strong multitasking, clear communication, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workflow.

You will be the central hub between customers, technicians, suppliers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

Answer incoming calls, emails, and service inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude
Schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, and plumbing projects
Provide customers with updates, timelines, and post-service follow‑ups

Dispatching & Technician Support

Dispatch plumbing technicians based on skillset, availability, and proximity
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules proactively
Ensure technicians have job notes, materials, permits, and documentation needed

Job Coordination & Project Oversight

Organize workflow for small jobs, large repairs, and multi-day plumbing projects
Order materials and coordinate with vendors when required
Track job stages from dispatch to completion
Assist with permit coordination and inspection scheduling

Operational & Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate data in the CRM/dispatching software
Review job costing, time logs, and documentation for accuracy
Communicate frequently with management regarding project status and department needs
Support ongoing process improvements and customer experience initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in HVAC or plumbing service operations
Prior experience as CSR, dispatcher, coordinator, or similar role
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication—written and verbal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
Proficiency with service software / CRM systems (ServiceTitan is a plus)
Problem-solver with a proactive, team‑oriented mindset
