Solutions Design Engineers (SDE) is a growing MEP engineering firm looking for a Plumbing Designer to join our team. We are looking for someone with Revit experience or someone willing to learn Revit and grow with our company long-term.

Our projects include restaurants, schools, medical offices, tenant build-outs, industrial facilities, and commercial renovations throughout Florida and beyond. We work closely with architects and contractors on a wide variety of project types and sizes.

This position is ideal for someone who:

Responsibilities

• Develop plumbing construction documents in Revit
• Coordinate plumbing layouts with architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Assist with plumbing fixture schedules and equipment coordination
• Revise drawings based on engineer markups and coordination comments
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal team members
• Assist with field verification and coordination as needed

Qualifications

• Revit experience preferred (AutoCAD experience also considered)
• Willingness to learn Revit if not already proficient
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and construction preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Drafting, engineering technology, construction, or related experience preferred

Pay: $28.80 - $31.25 per hour
