Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

We are growing and looking for a strong, dependable Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and help keep our operations running smoothly across the entire Phoenix Metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and schedule plumbing technicians throughout the Phoenix Metro area
• Manage incoming calls with professionalism and urgency
• Coordinate technician routes and job scheduling efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding ETAs and updates
• Maintain accurate notes and customer information in company software
• Work on and navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
• Support office operations and assist management as needed
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules and business demands

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of streets, cities, and travel routes throughout the Phoenix Metro area REQUIRED
• Strong computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (typing test required)
• Friendly, professional, and confident phone demeanor
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to remain flexible with changing business needs and work hours
• Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
• Scheduling/dispatch experience STRONGLY preferred
