Plumbing Dispatcher & Customer Service

Job Summary:

Owen Plumbing & Drain, Inc. is looking for a sharp, organized, and high-energy Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team in Corpus Christi. As the quarterback of our daily operations, you will use ServiceTitan to manage our schedule, maximize revenue, and act as the primary link between our customers and our field technicians.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving geographic puzzles on the fly, and maintains a calm, professional demeanor when handling plumbing emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• ServiceTitan Management: Run the daily dispatch board, book incoming jobs, and track technician status codes in real time.
• Call Triage & Booking: Answer incoming customer calls, diagnose the urgency of their plumbing or drain issues, and capture accurate job notes.
• Smart Dispatching: Match the right technician to the right job based on skills, location, and job requirements to maximize daily efficiency.
• Route Optimization: Group jobs geographically across the Corpus Christi area to minimize technician drive time and fuel costs.
• Customer Communication: Provide clients with accurate arrival windows, technician details, and proactive updates regarding delayed schedules.
• Tech Support: Act as the main point of contact for field technicians, helping them navigate scheduling conflicts or ServiceTitan mobile issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of dispatching or high-volume scheduling experience (Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical industry experience is highly preferred).
• Software: Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Local Geography: Solid understanding of Corpus Christi and surrounding Coastal Bend areas to ensure smart routing.
• Bilingual: Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently is highly preferred but not required.
• Availability: Must be reliable, punctual, and open to participating in an alternating weekend or evening on-call rotation.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
