Company Policy-We need a responsible and reliable candidate.

This job is key to our operation. Work schedule begins at 9 am ends at 5pm, one hour of lunch. This positions requires the candidate to be ready for work on time.

PTO available after 3 months of the hiring date. Excessive Absenteeism or Tardiness are not allow in our company, it will cause employment termination.

Service Responsibilities:

• Service Titan Process Expert
• Excellent customer service in English and Spanish.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Answer incoming phonecalls
• Provide information to callers regarding company services and products
• Schedule service appointments and maintain calendar updated.
• Assist with office management tasks
• Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information.
