Job Description:
Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Plumbing Draftsman (AutoCAD) with UAE project experience. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate plumbing shop drawings and coordinating with project teams in accordance with approved standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare plumbing shop drawings using AutoCAD (Water Supply, Drainage, Storm Water).
• Develop layouts based on approved drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines to avoid design conflicts.
• Revise drawings as per consultant/client comments and approvals.
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE codes and authority regulations.
• Maintain drawing records and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven UAE experience as a Plumbing Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of plumbing systems and UAE standards.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
