Plumbing / Drainage Design Engineer (MEP)

We are looking for a Plumbing / Drainage Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai for residential villa and building projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Junior level candidates with practical experience are welcome
• AutoCAD/REVIT is a MUST
• Understanding of plumbing, water supply and drainage systems
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (IPC, UPC, BS, local authority requirements)
• Ability to prepare drawings, layouts, schematics and calculations
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Prepare plumbing, water supply and drainage design drawings
• Develop layouts in CAD and Revit
• Pipe sizing and schematic preparation
• BOQ / quantity support
• Review site requirements and as-built updates

Preferred:

• Experience in villas / residential projects
• GCC experience is an advantage

Dubai

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
