Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Plumbing AutoCAD Draftsman to support our MEP team in preparing detailed plumbing layouts and coordination drawings. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of plumbing systems and proficiency in AutoCAD drafting. This role is suitable for candidates seeking flexible working hours or part-time assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare plumbing layouts for water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and sanitary systems.
• Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings as per project requirements.
• Ensure drawings follow project specifications, NBC standards, and other relevant codes.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, civil/architectural teams, and site staff.
• Update drawings based on consultant and client feedback.
• Prepare schematic diagrams, manhole schedules, pipe routing layouts, and equipment details.
• Maintain accurate documentation and revision history.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
• Good knowledge of plumbing systems and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate drawings on time.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
