Job Title: Plumbing Engineer (Only Plumbing Works)

Job Summary:

The Plumbing Engineer is responsible for handling all plumbing-related activities in construction projects, including design, planning, and execution. The role is strictly limited to plumbing works only, with no involvement in maintenance or other MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and oversee plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewerage, stormwater)

* Review and prepare shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings for plumbing works

* Supervise on-site plumbing installation activities

* Ensure all plumbing works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications

* Coordinate only for plumbing scope with other site teams when required

* Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of plumbing works

* Conduct testing and commissioning of plumbing systems

* Ensure compliance with local codes and authority regulations

* Review and approve plumbing materials and submittals

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports related to plumbing works

Requirements:

* 3–6 years experience in plumbing works in construction projects

* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems only (no HVAC or electrical scope)

* Good understanding of site execution and coordination

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills

* No maintenance, HVAC, or electrical responsibilities

* Purely construction and installation role

Working Conditions:

* Site-based (construction projects)

* 10 hours duty

* Overtime depending on project requirements
