Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Manager to oversee daily field operations and lead our team of residential service plumbers. This role is responsible for supporting technicians in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining customer satisfaction, and helping the team meet performance goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep residential plumbing experience who enjoys coaching technicians and improving field performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support residential plumbing technicians in the field
• Monitor job quality, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Assist technicians with diagnosing complex plumbing issues when needed
• Conduct ride-alongs, training, and performance coaching for technicians
• Ensure technicians follow company procedures, safety standards, and service protocols
• Work closely with dispatch and management to maintain efficient scheduling and job flow
• Review completed jobs to ensure quality and proper documentation
• Support technicians with pricing, scope of work, and customer communication
• Help recruit, train, and develop new plumbing technicians
• Track performance metrics and help drive team results
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Prior leadership, lead technician, or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and service work
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to mentor and develop technicians
