About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and driven Field Supervisor to lead our residential plumbing technicians in the field. This isn't a desk job — you'll be on the ground coaching your team, ensuring quality work, and holding the standard for how we show up in every home. What You'll Do
- Ride along with technicians to observe performance, provide real-time coaching, and ensure service excellence on every call
- Conduct regular field audits covering technical quality, professionalism, truck presentation, and customer interaction
- Support technicians during complex diagnoses or high-value repair conversations
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including average ticket, close rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Hold technicians accountable to company standards through consistent feedback and documented reviews
- Assist in onboarding and training new hires in the field
- Communicate daily with dispatch and management to optimize routing and call flow
- Escalate recurring operational issues and bring solutions — not just problems
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
- Prior leadership, lead tech, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills across service, repair, and replacement scopes
- Excellent communication skills — with both technicians and homeowners
- Comfortable having value-based service conversations and coaching others to do the same
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (state requirements apply)
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
