Z3 Plumbing is looking for commercial construction plumbing foremen to fill immediate project needs in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Potential applicants need to be experienced in all phases of construction - Underground, Rough and Finish plumbing. Z3 Plumbing's projects consist of new ground up buildings and full remodel of existing buildings. Z3 Plumbing is extremely busy and needs to fill positions now. If you are a residential/multi family plumber you need not apply.

Perspective candidates must be able to:

1.) Run a project from start to finish.

2.) Run a crew of plumbers and apprentices.

3.) Be able to relay field issues to the office.

4.) Communicate effectively with the contractors superintendent.

5.) Plan days ahead of time.

6.) Read and understand submittals and manufacturers catalog cut sheets.

7.). Generate material lists for materials needed at least 3 days in advance.

Pay & benefits package for Foreman are TBD for individuals that have the experience and have proven themselves. OT available. Z3 Plumbing is a growing company with room for growth and earning potential. Company vehicles with gas card for highly qualified foreman, medical insurance, paid holidays, 401k.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
