Plumbing & Heating Contracts Manager

About Us

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects EP Lynch Services & Installation Ltd are looking for a Contracts Manager to manage plumbing installations across multiple residential new build sites in the Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing plumbing works across several new build developments
• Managing labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Liaise with house builders, site managers and clients
• Ensure works are completed to programme deadlines
• Monitor quality standards and compliance with regulations
• Carry out site visits, progress checks & attend meetings
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met

Requirements

• Domestic plumbing & heating new build installation experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS
• Gas Safe

Desirable

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
