About Us
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects EP Lynch Services & Installation Ltd are looking for a Contracts Manager to manage plumbing installations across multiple residential new build sites in the Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing plumbing works across several new build developments
- Managing labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Liaise with house builders, site managers and clients
- Ensure works are completed to programme deadlines
- Monitor quality standards and compliance with regulations
- Carry out site visits, progress checks & attend meetings
- Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met
Requirements
- Domestic plumbing & heating new build installation experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS
- Gas Safe
Desirable
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
