Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Plumbing & HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our Team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and confidence. Your exceptional communication skills and technical knowledge will help foster positive customer experiences and support our company's reputation for excellence.

Duties:

• Handle incoming calls and outbound inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments, service inquiries, and product information related to plumbing and HVAC systems
• Enter customer data accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions and service requests
• Support customer support initiatives by resolving issues promptly, escalating complex cases when needed
• Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Experience:

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred, especially within the plumbing or HVAC industries
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client outreach efforts is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
