R.F. Fager Supply, a trusted and long-time distributor of plumbing, HVAC and kitchen and bath products. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing client relationships, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and enhancing the customer experience by promoting our plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories. The ideal candidate must have a customer-first attitude, a positive approach to sales and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities

Meet or exceed key performance metrics and sales goals to drive sales growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design professionals.

Conduct regular territory visits, customer meetings and product presentations.

Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using Solar Eclipse and other tools.

Generate accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.

Coordinate closely with inside sales, purchasing and delivery teams to ensure seamless service.

Deliver marketing materials, samples and small product orders when needed.

Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance.

Represent R.F. Fager with professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric focus.
Requirements

Proven and successful outside sales experience.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely

Background in home improvement, kitchen or bath related products strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree desired

Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (experience with Solar Eclipse is a plus).
