Duties

• Support lead plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems according to blueprints and schematics
• Assist with pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly using hand tools and power tools
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up necessary equipment for plumbing tasks
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to aid in accurate installation
• Handle basic math calculations for measurements, pipe sizing, and material estimations
• Support in remodeling or renovation projects by assisting with carpentry, drywall installation, or other related tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or related field service roles is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Familiarity with construction plumbing systems, HVAC components, or mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, or pipe threading is advantageous
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics enhances your ability to contribute effectively
• Basic understanding of maintenance procedures or handyman skills can be beneficial for supporting diverse project needs
• Construction site experience helps ensure safety awareness and efficient teamwork
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role
