Plumbing Install Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Install Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of plumbing experience who are eager to grow their skills in a hands-on environment. You will be performing residential and commercial plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs. We are open to training candidates who show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Prepare job sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for installations.
• Perform tasks such as cutting and fitting pipes, assembling fixtures, and testing systems for leaks under the guidance of the lead technician.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the lead technician to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Learn and apply new skills on the job to improve technical proficiency in plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of plumbing experience (preferred but not required; we are open to training motivated candidates).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a two-person crew.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
