Job Title: Plumbing Service Installer

Pay: $25 - $30 per hour, DOE
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer with 3+ years of residential plumbing installation experience. This position is responsible for installing, replacing, troubleshooting, and servicing residential plumbing systems and fixtures while maintaining high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications as needed.
- Perform plumbing installations in compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions in the field.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding work being performed, recommendations, and project updates.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, managers, contractors, suppliers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job status updates.
- Ensure vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Pick up and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed to support workflow.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Mentor or assist less experienced team members when needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on plumbing systems, products, installation techniques, and safety requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred.
- All qualified candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle (MVR) check, and background check. Additionally, candidates must maintain an insurable driving record as determined by the company’s insurance provider.
- Driver’s license must be registered in the state that you will be working in.
- For jobs in the state of Texas you will need to be TSBPE Certified.
- Must be prepared to handle emergency repair calls and may be required to work on weekends or after regular business hours.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must own your own tools to perform the job.
- The company will provide transportation.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrical systems is a plus.
- May ask for references from previous employment.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy tools or equipment (up to 50 lbs or more).
- Comfortable working in environments that may be hot, cold, or cramped.
- Ability to stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods while working on equipment.
