We are looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, communicates professionally, and wants the opportunity to earn high income based on performance. This is a production-based role where compensation is tied directly to installed revenue, quality, efficiency, and overall job performance. There is no cap on income.

Position Overview

The Residential Plumbing Installer is responsible for the installation, replacement, modification, and repair of residential plumbing systems and equipment. This position requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently or with a team, and the willingness to work in physically demanding environments including attics, crawl spaces, trenches, and tight access areas.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands residential service and installation work, can complete jobs cleanly and efficiently, and takes ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.

Required Experience & Skills

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:

• Tankless water heater installations
• Traditional water heater installations
• Whole-home repipes
• Drain replacements / redrains
• Water filtration systems
• Water softening systems
• Gas line installation and gas repipes
• Copper soldering
• PEX piping systems
• ProPress systems and applications
• Residential plumbing code knowledge
• Leak detection and repair
• Fixture installation and replacement
• Excavation and trench digging when required

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to:

• Lift heavy materials and equipment
• Dig trenches and holes
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas
• Climb ladders and navigate rooftops when necessary
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Stand, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Complete residential plumbing installations safely and efficiently
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Ensure jobs are completed to company standards and plumbing code
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Properly document work performed, materials used, and job progress
• Work with dispatch and management to maintain production schedules
• Protect company reputation through professionalism and customer service
• Identify additional customer needs when applicable
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Compensation

• Performance-based compensation structure
• Pay is based primarily on a percentage of installed work
• Higher quality, efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction directly impact earnings
• No cap on income

Pay: $37.36 - $55.00 per hour
