Plumbing Maintenance Technician / Apprentice Plumber

We are hiring a Plumbing Maintenance Technician who already has plumbing experience — even if that experience is mainly in new construction — and wants to level up, learn residential service, and work toward becoming a strong Service Plumber.

This is not a dead-end helper position. This is for someone who is ready to stop being overlooked, join a high-performing team, and grow into a licensed plumbing professional.

You will learn how to inspect the entire home plumbing system, identify issues, communicate professionally with customers, and build the skills needed to advance in the trade.

If you have an active plumbing apprentice card, a strong work ethic, and the drive to grow, we want to talk to you.

What you’ll do

• Perform plumbing maintenance and assist with residential plumbing service work
• Inspect full home plumbing systems for safety, performance, and repair opportunities
• Identify plumbing concerns and communicate findings clearly
• Support plumbing repairs, maintenance, and customer solutions
• Learn residential service plumbing, diagnostics, and system evaluation
• Work directly with a team that is focused on performance, growth, and professionalism
• Maintain a clean appearance, organized work area, and strong customer experience

What we’re looking for

• Active plumbing apprentice card required
• Plumbing experience required
• New construction plumbing experience is accepted
• Strong desire to grow into a Service Plumber
• Coachable, dependable, and motivated
• Good communication skills and professional presence
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Wants more than “just a job”

Pay

• $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Pay based on experience, work ethic, and potential
