Plumbing Mechanics / Working Foreman and Jr. Mechanics

We are a Plumbing & Heating Company located in Maspeth, NY servicing mainly Manhattan, Bronx, and Queens.

Looking for Plumbing Working Foreman, Mechanics and Jr. Mechanics ASAP for renovations, new construction, alterations, jobbing and more.

- Skills Required - but not limited to -

**** MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10yrs IN FIELD EXPERIENCE, if applying for Foreman

*Must be able to work with little to no supervision
*Must be able to take material list and maintain sufficient material onsite to keep workers busy
*Must be able to read blueprints
*Must be able to layout piping to new or renovated apartments to meet NYC Plumbing code
*Must be able to install high end shower bodies with thermostatic valves and multiple volume controls
*Must be able to install 6lb sheet lead shower pans
*Must be able to install plumbing equipment such as but not limited to sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, appliances, trim, etc...
*MUST be able to complete ALL work in a timely manner
*Must have good customer relations
*Must have good work ethic, punctual, dependable and professional

*Willing to work late nights and or weekends when needed

*MUST HAVE VALID RESUME & REFRENCES
*MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE

*Minimum of 7 years’ experience for Mechanic

*Minimum of 5 years' experience for Jr. Mechanic

*Must speak/read/write in English
*Knowledge of and ability to navigate all 5 boroughs
*MUST HAVE AND SUPPLY own hand tools - All power tools will be provided

*Must have OSHA 40hrs

*MUST HAVE LIMITED OR FULL GAS CARD

*BIG PLUS TO HAVE GOQ CARD

Pay based upon hourly work
Pay to be determined upon experience
