Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative & Driver to join our team at Plumbase, Swindon site.

This is a full-time, hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your day delivering plumbing and heating products to trade customers in the local area using a company van. When not on the road, you’ll help in the warehouse with goods-in, picking orders, and keeping the space organised.

Plumbing or heating experiance is an advantage - and a full UK driving licence, a great work ethic, and a team-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Driving and Deliveries:

· Deliver customer orders using a company van

· Drive professionally and responsibly

· Check van daily for defects

· Provide customer first, punctual service

· Load and unload the van and check items before delivery

Warehouse Duties:

· Receive and check deliveries from suppliers

· Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch

· Perform heavy lifting of products

· Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts

· Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised

What We’re Looking For

· A full UK driving license

· Experience in Commercial Driving, (including van or lorry) or experience in a warehouse environment

· Strong customer relationship building ability

· Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

· A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

· Good attention to detail and reliable timekeeping
