The Plumbing Pipe-fitter / Pipe Welder is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in commercial and public buildings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Install and repair piping systems in commercial settings

Read and interpret blueprints and P&ID schematics

Prepare and fit large bore weld pipe

Perform pipe fitting for screw and weld applications

Work with a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, and copper

Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Minimum of five years of experience in the piping field

Strong understanding of pipe fitting techniques and take-offs

Experience working with multiple piping materials and systems

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Must have essential hand tools required for the trade

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks

Pay range: $18 – $26 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

This is a field-based role that may include:

Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Driving to job sites for extended periods
