At Redco Plumbing & Restoration, we are not like most plumbing companies — and we are not like most restoration companies either.

When a customer has a plumbing emergency, we don’t just fix the pipe and leave. We repair the problem AND help restore the property from the damage caused by the loss. Our team handles plumbing, water mitigation, cleanup, drying, demolition, and restoration services all under one company.

We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals who want to build a long-term career in both plumbing and restoration.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Plumbing / Restoration Technician in Training to join our growing team. Team members will work alongside experienced technicians responding to emergency plumbing and water damage calls in residential and commercial properties.

This role combines:

• Plumbing service work
• Drain and sewer services
• Water mitigation
• Structural drying
• Demolition and restoration support

You will gain hands-on experience in both industries while learning valuable technical skills and industry certifications.

No prior restoration or plumbing certifications are required but preferred. All required training and certifications will be provided and reimbursed upon successful completion.

Experience Preferred (But Not Required)

• Plumbing experience
• Water damage restoration experience
• Drain cleaning or sewer experience
• Mold remediation experience
• Construction or demolition background
• Experience using hand tools and power tools

If you do not have direct experience, we are still interested in candidates who are eager to learn both plumbing and restoration work.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
