Service & Repair Plumbing Company looking for a top producing Sales Manager to start immediately. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Plumbing, coaching experience, and a proven track record of developing teams. We have a team of Plumbing Technicians that we would like to grow as sales professionals and service technicians. We are a reputable, honest, and hardworking company that takes pride in delivering great service. We service Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and some of Los Angeles County.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase company sales
• Manage, develop, a team of sales service technicians in sales training programs
• Train, coach, and lead technicians, as they provide service for customers insuring they close calls and follow up on estimates.
• Lead team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls the technicians are receiving.
• Ensure all technicians maximize all service calls and achieve sales goals.
• Prepare reports and analyzing sales goals to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, maximize efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

***Manager Requirements:

• 5 years of sales & plumbing required.
• Plumbing experience preferred, will be required to master the trade quickly.
• Confident and Professional demeanor
• Strong sales. leadership, and coaching experience to motivate and train sales professionals.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of sales principles and ability to learn company services, and policies quickly
• Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, selling systems, etc
• Strong leader and Integrity

• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
