You'll lead our sales technicians, drive revenue across the market, and stay hands-on with sewer camera inspections to help your team close more jobs.

What You'll Do Each Day
- Lead and manage drain and sewer sales performance across the market.
- Run sewer camera inspections and support technicians on solution design.
- Coach and mentor sales technicians on closing strategies and customer communication.
- Monitor KPIs including average ticket, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Hold the team to our structured sales process and service standards.
- Partner with operations leadership to drive efficiency and profitability.
