What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of plumbing technicians in the field
• Oversee daily operations to ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and with excellent customer service
• Monitor workflow, job progress, and ensure proper documentation and paperwork
• Provide estimates for tankless water heaters and complex plumbing jobs
• Track team performance and customer satisfaction metrics
• Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
• Maintain strong communication with leadership and field teams
• Support ongoing training and development of technicians
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture

What We're Looking For

• Strong plumbing background (licensed or highly experienced preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of plumbers
• Experience in residential service plumbing (diagnostics, repairs, installs)
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Professional attitude with strong customer service focus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
