Plumbing Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing service teams on construction sites and in-field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Coordinate scheduling of plumbing projects, including installation, repairs, remodeling, and maintenance tasks.
• Manage construction estimating processes for upcoming projects by assessing materials, labor needs, and project scope.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes while maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, inventory of tools and materials, and service reports for accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in technology and quick learner
• 3+ years in plumbing field or related industry
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques required for complex plumbing tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within construction sites or remodeling environments.
• Valid driver’s license (must pass MVR) preferred for transporting equipment or materials to job sites.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
