Plumbing Supervisor

Should Have minimum 4 Year of UAE experience in construction
Should Have UAE Driving License
Candidate who are on cancelled Visa / join immediate will be given preference
Salary AED 4.5k+Accommodation + Company vehicle + Other benefits

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise plumbing crews during installation of piping systems, fixtures, valves, and equipment.
• Coordinate daily tasks and distribute work to plumbers and helpers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

2. Technical Execution

• Interpret plumbing drawings, shop drawings, and schematics.
• Verify material dimensions, alignment, and proper installation of systems (water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, irrigation, etc.).
• Oversee pressure testing, flushing, leak detection, and commissioning activities.
• Identify technical issues and propose solutions on-site.

3. Materials & Tools Management

• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare material requests and coordinate with procurement.
• Check and maintain inventory of plumbing materials.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all plumbing installations meet local building codes, project specifications, and QA/QC requirements.
• Work closely with QA/QC engineers for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work completed and inspections conducted.

5. Safety & Training

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure safe working practices on site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Report daily progress to site engineers/MEP manager.
• Coordinate with other trades (civil, electrical, HVAC) to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and final verification.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Plumbing, Mechanical, or related trade (preferred).
• Minimum 5–10 years experience in plumbing installation in construction projects, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and site procedures.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
