What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective solutions. This includes identifying leaks, blockages, and other plumbing problems to ensure long-lasting repairs.
• Performing installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems. From faucet replacements to water heater installations, you'll handle a range of plumbing tasks with precision and care.
• Building strong relationships with customers through excellent service. By listening to their needs and communicating clearly, you'll provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
• Working collaboratively with team members to tackle plumbing challenges. Join forces with skilled technicians to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver top-notch results.
• Educating customers about plumbing options and services. Help customers understand the benefits of different plumbing solutions and guide them in making informed decisions for their homes.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid plumbing license. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards by possessing a valid plumbing license.
• Experience in selling and installing plumbing work. Demonstrate your expertise in both selling plumbing services and executing high-quality installations for customer satisfaction.
• Strong sales and customer service skills. Utilize your excellent communication skills to connect with customers, address their concerns, and offer tailored solutions.
• Honesty, reliability, and a clean driving record. Uphold integrity in all your interactions, maintain a strong work ethic, and ensure safe transportation to and from job sites.
