Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• necessary techniques to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete remodeling projects.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety standards on construction sites.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during projects.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations throughout all tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumbing technician
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing practices and techniques.
• 5-7 years ( A Must) of plumbing experience. With at least 3 professional reference.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various construction sites.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
