Location: Roswell, NM (may include travel to surrounding job sites)

We’re currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Contract Technician to join our growing plumbing install team and support our new construction and remodel projects.
Position Summary:
The Plumbing Contract Technician is responsible for the installation of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial new construction and remodeling projects. This includes rough-in, top-out, and final trim of water supply, drainage, and gas systems. The technician must be experienced in working from blueprints and job layouts, able to lead or work as part of a crew, and committed to quality workmanship and safety standards.
Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble piping systems including water, sewer, and gas lines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Complete rough-in, top-out, and final trim installations
• Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and job specifications
• Perform leak tests, pressure tests, and inspections as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with foreman, project manager, and other trades
• Train or direct helpers as needed
• Accurately record job progress and materials used
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Represent the company professionally on job sites and with contractors

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience in new construction or remodeling
• Current New Mexico Journeyman Plumbing License preferred
• Working knowledge of PVC, PEX, CPVC, copper, and black iron piping
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, work in crawlspaces and attics, and tolerate outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude

Preferred Skills:

• NM Journeyman Plumbing License or active Apprentice License
• Experience on multi-unit residential or commercial job sites
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
