Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Some plumbing experience would be ideal. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse distribution and inventory management. Your proactive approach will drive process improvements, optimize inventory control, and uphold safety standards across the facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment.
- Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accurate stock levels using Warehouse Management Systems.
- Supervise warehouse staff (when applicable) including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. This position is currently a 1 man operation but will grow.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure proper use of mechanical equipment such as forklifts; oversee heavy lifting procedures and materials handling safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving activities, inventory control, and warehouse documentation for audit readiness.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced distribution.
- Hands-on experience with logistics coordination, shipping & receiving processes, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards aligned with OSHA regulations.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
