Educational/Training Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record, physical capabilities of unloading heavy materials, bending, stooping, and lifting, general warehouse procedures. Microsoft Office 365 capabilities, general computer skills, and the ability to learn, implement and maintain custom software programs and organizational systems.

· Purchasing

o Research potential vendors

o Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

o Negotiate pricing

o Maintain relationships with key suppliers to track quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts

· Ordering

o Warehouse orders – Place, track, receive and reconcile daily orders and ensure timely delivery

o Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

· Inventory

o Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

o Review correctness of purchased products

o Unload and put away orders

· Data Entry and Analysis

o Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

o Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

· Shop Management

o Manage daily activities and operations of production shop

o Organization of warehouse

o Ensure proper storage of shop materials

o General shop maintenance

o Transport equipment and materials as needed

o Parts pickup and delivery to job site when needed

o Sweep and maintain shop and parking area as needed

Pay: $41,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
