Position: Pluming Drain Technician

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour + Spiffs + Bonuses

Work Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | overtime required

What You Will Be Doing:

• Performed residential and commercial drain cleaning services using snakes, augers, and hydro-jetting equipment
• Diagnosed drain and sewer line issues using video inspection and locating tools
• Removed blockages and restored proper drainage and sewer system functionality
• Recommended repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance solutions to customers
• Maintained tools, hydro-jetting equipment, and service vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Followed company safety procedures and industry standards on all service calls
• Delivered excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues, repair options, and completed work
• Completed accurate job reports, invoices, and service documentation using ServiceTitan
• Managed daily scheduling, customer updates, and work orders through ServiceTitan

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 + years of experience in drain cleaning / plumbing
• Able to use and operate drain cleaning equipment
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces as needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
