Job Description
- Lead site-level plant and machinery strategy covering planning, mobilization, deployment, and maintenance to support the project execution schedule.
- Prepare equipment requirement plans in coordination with execution, planning, and procurement teams.
- Ensure implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Drive the performance of equipment in terms of availability, utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, statutory requirements, and environmental norms related to equipment operations.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment planning, operations, and maintenance
- Proficiency in CMMS, ERP systems, and asset tracking tools
- Strategic thinking and project leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
