We are seeking to fill a Project Administrator position to support our Managed Service Project Managers responsible for large scale network, security, and cabling deployments. Day to day activities of the Project Administrator include updating database of customer and project specific contacts, submission of dispatch requests of field technicians, updating project tracking, reviewing/managing daily dispatch tickets, and working vendor/partners/FSTs to ensure timelines are managed properly. The Administrator plays a key role in successful project implementations, tracking of equipment status, tracking of support desk activities, and building customer relationships.

This position offers opportunities to learn valuable skills with in-house training and hands on experience and is a viable career entry point for project management in network technology careers.

  • 1 year in telecommunications/IT industry, or 1 year of project administration experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of direct customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ticketing software programs.
  • This position is fully remote day to day but requires presence in the Ada, Canyon, Gem counties region for in person training and in person team meetings.
