We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and software delivery to lead multiple crossfunctional teams The ideal candidate should have excellent facilitation coaching and servant leadership skills to drive highperforming teams and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes
Lead 23 Agile teams as a Scrum Master ensuring effective implementation of Scrum Kanban and other Agile frameworks
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Review and Retrospectives
Guide teams to selforganize prioritize work and continuously improve velocity and delivery quality
Act as a servant leader to the team removing impediments fostering collaboration and enabling productivity
Partner with Product Owners to ensure welldefined backlog items and clear sprint goals
Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices metrics and team performance
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders Engineering QA Architecture and Business to ensure alignment on objectives
Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity burndown charts and sprint health
Mentor and coach team members new Scrum Masters and stakeholders on Agile mindset and principles
Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices SAFe LeSS
Ensure adherence to quality risk and compliance processes throughout delivery
12 years of total IT experience with at least 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master
Proven experience managing AgileScrum teams in complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe and Lean principles
Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and drive Agile maturity across the organization
Solid experience in tools like JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps Rally or Trello
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
Exceptional communication leadership and interpersonal skills
Preferred Good to Have
Agile certifications CSM PSM IIIII SAFe Agilist PMIACP or equivalent
Experience working in DevOps environments and with CICD pipelines
Exposure to Agile transformation or coaching multiple teams at scale
Knowledge of metricsdriven delivery management and Agile maturity assessment
