About the Role

The Search Feedback Operations team at Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead workflow documentation, standardization, and process optimization across global supplier teams. This role focuses on creating centralized, scalable frameworks supporting AI-driven feedback operations for Google Search and related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead documentation and centralization of fragmented workflows across supplier partners.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and improve operational quality.
• Identify opportunities for AI-first process automation and innovation.
• Develop and manage content strategy frameworks, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Partner with suppliers to enhance data quality, consistency, and efficiency in feedback processing.
• Drive alignment between cross-functional stakeholders and ensure smooth program execution.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Background in Content Strategy, Documentation Management, or Process Optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
• Experience working with outsourced/BPO operations or supplier management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI / ML tools (e.g., Gemini) and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience with knowledge base or content management systems.
• Understanding of quality frameworks in outsourced operations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify and streamline inefficiencies.
