We are seeking a passionate and talented server for our restaurant on Main Street in Carbondale !

The ideal candidate will have a love for great food and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our Costumers. As a Server, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction, on a friendly and fun environment right in the heart of Carbondale

Operation Hours: Wednesday - Saturday 4pm-9pm

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including specials and recommendations, to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and special requests.
• Uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or seat down restaurant settings is preferred
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cash register operations; experience with POS ordering system
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Make meaningful connection and create unique experiences for restaurant guests
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts.
