PM Shift Retail Cashier/Sales Associate

Position Objective and Offering:

We at Superior Organics seek outgoing and passionate Retail Sales Specialist and Inventory Specialist who Is looking for long-term employment and striving for growth from within.

Our Retail Sales Specialist will assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Our Retail Sales Specialist are responsible for helping customers, completing transactions, cash handling, and customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences.

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible in assisting the Inventory Manager with stocking, labeling, organizing, and order intake. The Inventory Specialist must be organized and detail oriented. Additionally, the inventory specialist must be able to work independently.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store environment
• Ensure the store is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained
• Showcase a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
• Maintain product knowledge amongst brands and skus
• Greeting customers warmly when they enter, facilitating their needs upon entry
• Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (Treez) system in person and for placing phone and online orders
• Correct cash handling and discount application
• Accurate and timely data entry of all customer profiles
• Verifying paperwork, proper documentation, and acceptable ID for customers
• Other duties as assigned by the Management Team

Education and Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous food service or retail experience (preferred)
• Previous industry experience (preferred)
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Maintain eligibility to work in the Cannabis Industry
• Current active Facility Agent Card (preferred)

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)

• This position is for night shift.
• Weekends and Holidays are to be expected

Salary: $15.50 per hour and up, depending on experience; plus tips

• Sunday to Saturday
• Weekend availability
