Position Overview

We’re seeking a responsible and motivated PM Supervisor to oversee our evening pickup and delivery operations. If you thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, lead with integrity, and are passionate about safety and efficiency, we’d love to speak with you.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise PM pickup and delivery operations
• Support station manager initiatives and uphold company policies
• Promote a safe, efficient, and secure work environment
• Manage time and workloads to ensure daily tasks are completed productively
• Partner with administrative staff to deliver excellent service to DHL and customers
• Hire, train, develop, and hold team members accountable to high performance standards
• Collect and report operational performance data in required formats
• Close the facility and ensure all CCSF security requirements are met

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience:

• Previous operations or logistics management experience
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience in a warehouse or transportation environment

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of route setup, vehicle performance, and workforce management
• Basic administrative and reporting skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
