Project Manager / Technical Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager / Technical Team Leader to manage end-to-end delivery of projects related to the ServiceNow platform while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Lead technical teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

• Define project scope, timelines, and milestones.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Manage risks and resolve project issues.

• Provide progress updates to leadership.

• Ensure quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of project management experience.

• Experience managing ServiceNow implementations - Must Have

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

• Stakeholder and vendor management.

Preferred

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.

• Experience in enterprise IT projects.
