The key objectives for this role are:

• Designing and implementing processes to ensure products or services meet required quality standards.
• Driving initiatives to enhance quality performance and optimize processes across projects.
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address root causes.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams and mentoring junior quality personnel to foster a culture of quality.
• Utilizing quality metrics and data to assess performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
