Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to step into the role of Clinical Director within an outpatient mental health setting. This is a rare opportunity to lead clinical operations across multiple outpatient clinics while maintaining a meaningful patient caseload — ideal for a PMHNP ready to grow into a leadership position without leaving direct patient care behind.

The organization specializes in advanced psychiatric treatments including TMS and Spravato, with a focused adult patient population presenting with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring conditions. Full support staff is in place — MDs, NPs, PAs, therapists, and clinical support roles — so you can lead effectively from day one.

What You'll Do

• Lead clinical care quality and treatment standards across multiple outpatient clinic locations
• Maintain a part-time patient caseload (6–12 patients per day)
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff including NPs, PAs, and therapists
• Develop and implement clinical policies and compliance protocols
• Drive program growth and quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee psychiatric care for adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar, and co-occurring conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $100/hr (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APRN license in Colorado
• PMHNP board certification required
• 1–3+ years of psychiatric NP experience
• Experience with TMS, Spravato, and mood disorder management strongly preferred
• Prescriptive authority required
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and clinical documentation skills
