PMHNP – Integrative & Nervous System-Focused Care

Role Overview

As a PMHNP at Fireweed & Cedar, you will provide psychiatric evaluation and clinical oversight for advanced therapeutic services, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of licensed therapists and wellness providers to deliver cohesive, client-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for teens and adults
• Offer clinical oversight for TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) services, including patient appropriateness, protocol guidance, and safety monitoring
• Collaborate with clinical and wellness team members to support integrative treatment planning
• Maintain timely, insurance-compliant documentation
• Support development of innovative services that align with nervous system-informed care (e.g., adjunct wellness offerings)
• Option to incorporate specialty interests such as peptides, IV therapy, or holistic psychiatry approaches

What You Bring

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license (Alaska or ability to obtain)
• Experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management
• Familiarity with or willingness to oversee TMS services (training/support can be provided)
• A grounded, trauma-informed approach to care
• Interest in integrative, holistic, or functional mental health models
• Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and ethical integrity
