Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients during visits.
- Assist providers with patient intakes, assessments, and ongoing care.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accuracy in medical documentation.
- Support medication management by coordinating with pharmacies, completing prior authorizations, and assisting with prescription refills as directed.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients in clinical settings.
Administrative & Patient Care Coordination
- Manage the patient check-in process, including scheduling, insurance verification, and front-office support.
- Respond to patient phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Assist with coordination of follow-up appointments, referrals, and provider availability.
- Support billing processes by ensuring documentation accuracy for insurance and claim submissions.
Team Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with providers, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality standards to protect patient information.
- Follow all clinic policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the overall positive culture and smooth operations of the practice.

- Required: CNA, CMA, MA, LPN, or RN licensure/certification (current and in good standing).
- Experience: Previous healthcare or mental health setting experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail in documentation.
- Technical: Proficiency with EHR systems, scheduling software, and basic office technology.
- Personal: Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a team-based setting.
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensure.
